We are looking for compassionate professionals to join our growing team. You may be a qualified health professional, or someone looking to build on their experience in health and social care. What is most important is a caring attitude and the aptitude to develop your skills in the right role.
We regularly recruit in a range of roles, offering a small case load to allow you to ensure a high-quality and responsive service, based on the hours you are available to work.
Case Manager
The ideal candidate to join our case management team would already have experience of working as a case manager. That person would be a qualified health and social care professional. This might include occupational therapists, social workers, nurses, physiotherapists speech and language therapists or clinical psychologists. This candidate would have experience of working in the community and experience of working with people who have sustained complex neurological issues, orthopaedic injuries and/or learning difficulties, as well as experience of working alongside MDTs and families.
Assistant Case Manager/Trainee Case Manager
In our experience, we have met some highly motivated and talented individuals already working in healthcare, who do not have a relevant qualification, but who wish to develop their career working within a case management organisation.
Our organisation has a history of developing talent. We have worked with people who have shown an aptitude for the role and are interested in taking it further. Through supervision, on-going training and appraisal we could support working towards accreditation as a case manager with the IRCM.
Support Worker
Occasionally, we need to recruit support workers for individual clients in our case load to support them in their own homes.
Although some experience as a support worker (PA) is ideal, most important is a compassionate outlook and a keen desire to help people with complex conditions to live with dignity, achieve their potential and improve their quality of life.
